Notice of Intent to Participate will be accepted by the courts for 45 days from November 30, 2011. If you need a Notice of Intent you can pick one up at the BID Office.
If you do not have a Notice of Intent to Participate with Victor Marshalls name listed as your attorney, and you wish for him to represent you, you MUST file one with the Court within 45 days from November 30, 2011. Victor Marshall will not be able to represent you without a Notice of Intent being filed to show Client/ Attorney relation.
